A Note from the Owner
Strength and Conditioning has always been a great love of mine. For over a decade, it has been a dream in the making to open a facility geared towards using strength training as a fun way to elevate our physical and mental health. At Brick, we train to get strong inside the gym to do the things we love outside of the gym. As a nurse, the autonomy I’ve seen it deliver as we age is also a paramount piece of the picture. My hope is our small movement center will leave a big mark on the health and wellness of our community.
